Our dental care program includes a thorough examination of the teeth and supporting tissues, ultrasonic scaling with waterpick flushing, polishing, oral surgery and extractions as necessary. 

Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (V.O.M.) is an approach to pain management that is non-surgical.  It is a form of chiropractic therapy performed with an instrument called an "Activator".

 

In re-aligning the subluxations of the spine, vertebra pressure on nerves is released and the pain is relieved.  This therapy can be particularly effective even in cases of paralysis and wobbler syndrome, and other disk bulging and prolapses.

We maintain a Kitty Orphanage with 30+ cats for adoption.  We also counsel pet owners whose cats have been diagnosed with Feline Leukemia and FIV.  We have cats for adoption that have special needs from time to time.  We have a few FIV positive cats for adoption.  All of our cats and kittens have been tested for FELV and FIV, are spayed or neutered, and fully vaccinated (if adults).  Kitten adoptions include a free spay or neuter when it is old enough. 

Losing your pet companion, can be an emotionally painful and difficult experience for you and your family.  We'll help you through the process and counsel you concerning the options available to help you say "Goodbye" when the time comes.  We welcome your participation and recommend that you bring someone with you for support.  We use sedation to ease your pet into a peaceful slumber.  We offer private cremations through "All Paws Go To Heaven" with a choice of cedar chest, brass box, or oak urn with a brass nameplate inscribed on the top.  We also offer paw prints of your pet in addition to communal cremation services.  Ask for a copy of "Journeys", a grief newsletter.
